Pugin Anniversary Mass
The 150th anniversary of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Colebrook (Tasmania), will be celebrated on Sunday, January 21st, 2007 with Mass, followed by lunch and Benediction.
This will be one of the first opportunities to view the newly-restored rood screen. Archbishop Adrian Doyle will preside, assisted by Bishop Geoffrey Jarrett and Father Terry Rush.
The Mass is open to the public and is an important milestone in the restoration of this historic church. To read more about the church’s ongoing restoration, see the Pugin Foundation website:

January TLM on the 28th
The Traditional Latin Mass for January only will be held on the last Sunday of the month: January 28, 2007 (Fourth Sunday of Epiphany). The TLM will return to the first Sunday of each month from February onwards. The February Mass will be held on February 4 (Septuagesima).

Gregorian Schola On Air
Radio National's Rhythm Divine programme (http://www.abc.net.au/rn/rhythmdivine/default.htm), which airs on Wednesday evenings at 2050h (8.50pm) on frequency 585 AM, is featuring a three-part series on Chant in January. Each programme will feature two types of religious chant, and your very own Gregorian Schola will be heard singing on the second part of the series on January 10. So make sure you tune in!
